What is company refund policy?

If at any point you are not satisfied with the services rendered by us, you maybe eligible for complete or partial refund depending on what product(s) or services(s) you have signed up for, unless the contract you have signed has its own refund policy. The refund policy in the signed contract will over rule the general company refund policy. For more details please discuss with your key account manager.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions for Coachella valley stays

  1. Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation of the rental apartment booking must be communicated to Coachella valley stays in writing.
  2. Reservation Modification: Any modification to the reservation dates must be communicated to Coachella valley stays in writing and is subject to availability and additional charges.
  3. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other force majeure events, Coachella valley stays reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings without liability.
  4. Non-Refundable Deposits: Certain bookings may require non-refundable deposits or payments, and these terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
  5. Early Departure: No refunds will be provided for early departure or unused nights during the stay.
  6. Travel Insurance: It is recommended that guests obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may affect their travel plans, including cancellations.
  7. Coachella valley stays will not be liable for any customer information and financial loss.
  8. Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee may apply as per the terms specified in the rental agreement.
